Description:
This fast paced position requires a well organized and dedicated manager. You must be able to work efficiently in order to support the needs of clients, diverse guests and building tenants. You must demonstrate extraordinary time management skills and exhibit proper planning and organization. You must have proven ability to mentor, supervise and develop employees. Also, you must have the flexibility to adjust your work schedule around the individual needs of your personnel. Individuals applying must be driven to succeed within this demanding yet rewarding position.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years prior experience in a related field or
3 years prior supervisory experience.
Experience with fire/life/safety programs preferred.
Experience in managing and dealing with a unionized workforce preferred.
Experience or education that evidences skills to perform job functions. Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience will be considered in lieu of degree. CPP preferred or willing to obtain.

General Job Responsibilities:
Perform assigned supervisory function to insure delivery of quality service, maintain employee morale, and identify potential liabilities which might affect Levy Security Corporation or its clients.
Implement practices in the field that ensure fiscal responsibility and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Develop in subordinates the knowledge, ability, and confidence to make decisions in conformance with existing policies.
Coordinate field activities by directing of supervisory personnel toward resolving specific problem areas.
Ensure development and maintenance of an aggressive and disciplined force.
Fill open vacancies for special details and department needs if required.
Maintain and establish client and building tenant relations.
Perform administrative assignments to include, interviewing/recruitment, billing, payroll, data entry, overtime control, etc.
Exercise direct fiscal responsibility via cost effective budget management.
Conduct employee inspections and appraisals.
Review and update policies and procedures as needed.
Conduct emergency response drills and training with all staff.
Respond to all major incidents and emergency plans, assuming command in conformance with existing directives.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
