Senior Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Sales Representative with a telecom background and unstoppable drive that is ready to take his/her career to a higher level. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years telecommunications experience in all of the following areas: local, long distance, data, and Internet, along with strong account management skills and high account retention or equivalent experience. In addition, the candidate must be able to meet a monthly sales quota, grow account base revenue, establish, maintain, and grow account relationships. In turn, he/she will be rewarded by a highly competitive compensation package from a company which boasts low employee turnover and great employee morale. Candidate will be based at the corporations dynamic headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify viable marketing prospects and consistently make weekly face to face appointments
Obtain 100% retention of the customer base through strong relationship building, timely customer contact, and meetings.
Achieve 125%+ of monthly quota by adding and upselling to customer base
Proactive management of customer account and ability to resolve issues quickly
Solution sell in a of the following areas: voice, data, and Internet
Prospect successfully for leads in assigned account base
Timely processing of orders and paperwork

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
College degree
2+ years successful outside account management experience in telecommunications or transferable equivalent.
Solid computer experience
