Job Description:
Account Manager
We are seeking a high energy Sales Representative with unstoppable drive that is ready to take his/her career to a higher level. From retaining existing accounts to up selling new products and solutions, the candidate will have the skills to maintain existing base and increase overall base billing. In turn, he/she will be rewarded by a highly competitive compensation package from a company which boasts low employee turnover and great employee morale. Candidate will be based at the corporations dynamic headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace.
Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. The exact work hours and weekdays are subject to change in order to meet business needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Proactive and strategic contact of existing account base and new business.
Provide complete paperwork for all sales and tracking records.
Professionally establish, maintain, and grow base account relationships.
Obtain current Industry knowledge.
Build and maintain a strong, professional relationship with your accounts.
Sell new services to meet monthly sales quota
Exceed 100% retention of the customer base through strong relationship building, timely customer contact and management of customer agreements.
MBO achievement at minimum of 100%

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
MUST HAVE 1-2 years inside or outside sales experience in telecommunications
Solid communications skills
Solution/consultative selling style
