Account Executive II
Effective territory management will include high activity prospecting of target businesses, identifying prospect potential, and closing business. Sales representative will partner with Sales Engineers and the Sales Manager pertaining to account strategy, new business development, and achievement of sales objectives. Highly competitive compensation package.
Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. The exact work hours and weekdays are subject to change in order to meet business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bring in new business
Provide complete paperwork for all sales and tracking records
Keep current on industry products & services
Superior Performance Requirements:
Exceed 100% of monthly quota
Billed revenue equals booked revenue
Consecutive sales award (not just 1 month looking for a quarter or preferably a Presidents club for a whole years achievements)
Year-to-Date stubs that show they made at least 40% of their income in commissions (the best reps have 50% of their income from commissions).

Required Work Experience:
3-4 years experience with at least 1 year selling telecom. (VoIP services, Internet, Managed Services, Web Hosting, Phone Systems, Routing Equipment, etc.)
Proof of some formal sales training
Experience selling 6-10 accounts per month
High transaction selling style
Able to communicate a sales model
Data co-location sales experience
