We are currently seeking a full time position for a new Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for converting new and warm leads (potential clients) into live trading accounts. The Account Executive will be responsible for familiarizing potential clients with the firm’s 150 plus products with a focus on Fixed Income, FX and the Futures marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of our products and services to a vast marketplace of potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Keep abreast of market and industry events.
Attend events in the Americas to pitch our offerings to prospective clientele, (travel can/will be needed).
Assist clients through the account opening process from start to finish.
Candidate will be expected to entertain clients.
Network through the different sectors of the financial community.
Skills
1 – 3 years of sales experience (Financial services, electronic trading, brokerage, etc.)
Interest and understanding of financial markets.
Strong technical skills, understanding of windows-based applications.
NASD Series 7 and Series 3 preferred but not necessary on Start Date.
•Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Must be very proactive and persistent.
