BSI is seeking a leader with dynamic relationship skills able to drive the business into a new chapter at BSI. Responsible for an aggressive growth campaign to drive sales in specific product segments. The individual will lead and coach a team of senior advance solution specialists. Responsible for attainment of targets for all domain specific product.
Essential Responsibilities:
§ Develop and executes strategies to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize healthcare market penetration in conjunction with BSI sales workforce.
§ Meet and/or exceed annual sales budget for the domain specific products.
§ Manage sales specialist team who will direct and/or facilitate the technical movement of services to the customer.
§ Analysis of sales data resulting in the development and execution of process improvement initiatives.
§ Maintains relevant technical product-related knowledge and general sales techniques and trends.
§ Interaction with internal customers, project management, and solutions representatives for a group of accounts.
§ Application of critical thinking, creativity and effective business communication skills to identify key client needs and formulate appropriate BSI America solutions.
§ Development and execution of the sales plans for the team while managing assigned expense budget.
§ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
§ Responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions and documentation relevant to the position.
§ Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability of related activities.
§ Responsible for interacting with customers to resolve sales and service related issues.
§ Identify and support the development of advance solutions sales specialist.
Qualifications:
§ BS/BA Business or equivalent job experience
§ Minimum 5 years experience in technical /solutions
§ Technical knowledge preferred
