We are seeking for a leader with dynamic relationship skills able to drive the healthcare business into a new chapter at BSI. Responsible for an aggressive growth campaign to drive sales in a discreet product segment (healthcare). Individual will implement and develop an account management team that will take ownership of healthcare accounts and deliver solutions focused sales activity in a professional consultative sales environment. Individual will also analyze sales and performance statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential, identify future direction and monitor the preferences of healthcare customers. Other responsibilities include recruiting, training and development of account management team and process improvement initiatives.
Essential and Responsibilities:
§ Develop and executes strategies to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize healthcare market penetration in conjunction with BSI sales workforce.
§ Implement training programs for account managers in the healthcare market.
§ Meet and/or exceed annual sales budget for the healthcare market. Account retention and growth within healthcare key accounts.
§ Manage the team of account managers who will direct and/or facilitate the actual distribution or movement of healthcare services to the customer.
§ Analysis of sales data resulting in the development and execution of process improvement initiatives for the healthcare market.
§ Interaction with internal customers, project management, and business development for a group of key accounts within the Healthcare arena.
§ Application of critical thinking, creativity and effective business communication skills to identify key client needs and formulate appropriate BSI America solutions.
§ Development and execution of the sales plans by individual within their region while managing assigned expense budget.
§ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
§ Manage superior price management within guidelines.
§ Responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions and documentation relevant to the position.
§ Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability of healthcare related activities.
Qualifications:
§ BS/BA Business or equivalent job experience
§ Minimum 5 years experience in account management / sales in a professional consultative environment required
§ Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare markets in sales or sales management
§ Minimum 80% travel required
