National Sales Vice President

BSI is seeking a leader with dynamic relationship skills able to drive the business into a new chapter at BSI. Responsible for an aggressive growth campaign to drive increased sales through targeted geometric teams. Individual will implement and develop an account management team that will take ownership of accounts and deliver focused sales activity. Individual will also analyze sales and performance statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential, identify future direction and monitor the preferences of BSI Americas customers within their region. Other responsibilities include recruiting, training and development of transactional and full portfolio sales team.
Essential Responsibilities:
§ Develop and executes strategies to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize the market penetration in conjunction with sales workforce.
§ Implement training and development programs for account managers.
§ Meet and/or exceed annual sales budget for their region
§ Manage the team of account managers who will direct and/or facilitate the actual distribution or movement of services to the customer.
§ Analysis of sales data resulting in the development and execution of process improvement initiatives.
§ Interaction with internal customers, project management, and business development for a group of key accounts.
§ Application of critical thinking, creativity and effective business communication skills to identify key client needs and formulate appropriate BSI America solutions.
§ Development and execution of the sales plans by individual within their region while managing assigned expense budget.
§ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
§ Superior price management within company guidelines.
§ Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability of related activities.
§ Responsible for interacting with customers to resolve sales and service related issues.
Qualifications:
§ BS/BA Business or equivalent job experience
§ Minimum 5 years experience in account management / sales in a professional consultative environment required
