• P & L management and leadership responsibility for the entire organization in conjunction with our CEO


 


• Establish an annual board-approved strategic plan and operating budget in conjunction with our CEO


 


• Create a sense of urgency and accountability across all functions of the organization; develop the organization to a higher level of effectiveness


 


• Leverage core competencies to significantly grow the company’s revenues and profits


 


• Provide leadership in strategic marketing, sales, and operations planning and translate these plans into action.


 


• Implement cost controls and budgetary oversight to ensure that profit/EBITDA and cash flow goals are achieved.


 


• Establish personal industry relationships in keeping with the company’s requirements and opportunities.


 


Qualifications:


 


• We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with extensive professional management experience within the food service/distribution/manufacturing industry.


• This agent of change is a charismatic leader who can motivate others to see what is possible and take us to the next level by helping them to achieve it.


• We prefer individuals who currently reside in the Chicago area, but are willing to consider those interested in relocating.
