1. Analyze and identify opportunities for brand growth.
2. Responsible for establishing clear brand strategies and communication objectives.
3. Responsible for driving strategies for the areas of design and product development and
identifying the product groupings.
4. Develop short and long-term business strategies, marketing programs, and sales
volume/spending projections for annual and long-range business plans.
5. Lead execution of new product innovation and product improvements.
6. Manage brand P&L and define parameters including inventory management.
7. Completes analysis of market, key customer, competitive trends and other opportunities for
brands, with the overall objective of meeting/exceeding budgeted sales and profit.
8. Monitor business trends, identify opportunities and communicate recommendations for brand
growth.
9. Responsible for Brand Communication to leverage brand efforts and plans to generate sales for
the channel.
