Description
To provide world-class creative design that advances the client’s brand/service, working within constraints of budget, time, and asset availability
Responsibilities:
• Follows visual guidelines for programming
• Assembles elements for programming in an organized manner
• Adapts work based upon reviews with senior designer or as a result of design review team meetings
• Closes and stores all assets at close of project
• Maintains open communications with creative, programming, and account management teams
• Raises issues that may threaten schedule or delivery
• Participates in integration of new team members into department
• Creates and executes on a development plan to enhance skill set
• Participates in client meetings as needed and maintains positive relationships with clients
• Produces deliverables and other materials on schedule
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or communication from a four-year college or university required
• Candidates should have a total of at least 4 years experience with 1 plus years in an agency setting
• Proven record of creative design
• Creative and dynamic advertising professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence
