IMMEDIATE NEED FOR MERGERS & ACQUISTIONS ATTORNEY FOR TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

Our client, a large multi-media corporation, is seeking an attorney with strong mergers and acquisitions experience to assist with filings for an upcoming merger. This assignment is expected to start within the next week. Previous mergers and acquisitions experience required. Must be licensed, active and in good standing.
