- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Masters degree in HR preferred.
- Minimum of eight years of progressive functional experience including a lead role in HR at a manufacturing facility.
- Previous HR experience in union and nonunion settings preferred.
- Demonstrated capability in technical HR competencies and business knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to get results within a team environment and to develop productive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and HRIS systems.
- Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations
- Requires a minimum of 15% travel.
