The Manager Sales Effectiveness leads a team of individuals responsible for procedural and analytical activities associated with RETAIL sales force effectiveness. You'll be responsible for managing and delivering various aspects of the sales incentive plan administration and other various projects. Your background in consumer-oriented sales compensation, rewards programs and retail reporting will be used for sales incentive compensation system changes, quota management and administration, sales reporting information, sales performance, recognition programs, performance measurement and system related training/education.
Responsibilities
() Cultural leadership; confidently demonstrates, by actions and words, the values and competencies of leadership in the Dynamic Organization. Available to know what and how each team member achieves their results, recognizes and rewards strategic and spontaneous achievements. Holds one-on-one time with each associate to review individual results and work together to ensure continued growth and development is achieved.
() Works with Business Support Services (Commission Administration and Dealer Services) regarding associate and agent plan interpretation and serves as point of contact for issue resolution.
Qualifications
() Minimum four year business degree required.
() Minimum of five years operations experience required, including enterprise wide sales compensation strategy, retail quota management, retail sales incentive management.
() Minimum of five years of leadership experience required.
() Incentive Compensation/Performance Management experience is required. Could include human resources compensation experience.
