Wastewater Engineer
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8 – 15 years of progressive experience in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment system design, including preparation of P&IDs, PFDs and contract documents.
State and Federal regulatory knowledge pertaining to wastewater (e.g., CWA, RCRA, etc.).
Specific experience in reducing wastewater treatment costs, (e.g., recycling, partial treatment to reduce surcharges, etc.).
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines within budget.
A take-charge disposition and ability to complete client specified scopes of work with minimum supervision.
Ability to conduct business development activities including preparation of technical proposals.
A BS in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree and/or a Professional Engineering (PE) certification a plus).
Process engineering experience especially process improvement projects, including manufacturing experience is a plus
