The 21st Century Project Director is responsible for providing support and guidance to Boys & Girls Clubs as they implement the 21st Century program. In addition this position provides reporting tools to assist the Clubs in proving outcomes, shared successes and best practices and to evaluate the degree to which Boys & Girls Clubs implement the 21st century program. Develops and maintains relationships with the Indiana State Board of Education and Community Organizations For Families and Youth (COFFY). Coordinates the services and programs offered by 21st Century partner agencies, and ensures the compilation and analyzes of data for the 21st Century Program. Creates/Updates reporting tools and assists program evaluator in measuring program outcomes. Please note that this position is grant funded, and therefore the length of employment is dependent upon the amount that the organization receives from the grant and the life of the grant.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

1.       Bachelor’s degree desired; thorough knowledge of recreation and youth development theory required.

2.       Minimum of two years supervisory experience.  Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and control expenses.

3.       Two years case management experience.

4.       Experience in project management and working with various communities and cultural groups desired.
