Job Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of projects and initiatives throughout the nation. The Program Manager will manage multiple project teams to develop and implement programs and defined processes across the Home Services business. Responsibilities include communication of the status and results of the projects and initiatives to the Home Services Leadership.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Manage projects from development through implementation, utilizing cross-functional teams and project management tools to ensure that the business requirements and time deadlines are met.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope
- Track and manage project risks including escalations.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and appropriate QMS documents are updated accordingly.
- Work collaboratively across groups to secure resolution.
- Build strong relationships across the In-Home business and Home Services.
- Develop and document best practices.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Level Degree
Travel Requirements: On Occasion(Less than 5%)
