REPORTS TODirector, Business Relationship Management
BASIC FUNCTION
Build and maintain a close relationship with senior managers within the North American commercial groups (North American Brand Teams, Regional Marketing and Sales). As main point of contact, understand business objectives, strategies and programs, and ensure that IT strategies and priorities are aligned and supportive. Develop and maintain formal IT strategy and plan documents for the assigned sales and marketing areas. Translate business requirements into IT business cases and project proposals, in cooperation with IT specialists from the infrastructure and applications teams. Plan projects and ensure quality of deployment. Position is accountable for overall customer satisfaction in relation to IT services (infrastructure and applications) and support for the North American Commercial groups.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact and internal consultant for business stakeholders
Partner with stakeholders to identify, define and prioritize business opportunities with IT
Work with senior business leaders and key IT resources to
o Champion innovation in business operations, processes, resources
o Enable effective definition and implementation of business strategies
o Elevate the effectiveness of business methods to achieve corporate objectives
Understand current and emerging business requirements, challenges to achieving business results and mitigation opportunities.
Ensure alignment between IT Strategy and stakeholder's business plans
Provide leadership in identifying business-building opportunities, defining requirements and managing IT solution development through implementation
Responsible for maintaining a high level of business satisfaction in IT systems and services
Represent Global IT in the respective business committees and represent business matters within Global IT
Share business objectives, strategy and plans across IT technical teams, to build business understanding and awareness
Introduce process and technology opportunities
Ensure the effective use of IT resources - human, financial and technical
Ensure quality delivery of projects
Communicate project status and business-impacting developments to senior leaders in sales/marketing on a regular basis
Be able to manage several projects by working closely with IT project managers and business owners

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of IT experience as IT Manager or equivalent BRM position
Bachelors degree
Process knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and/or Order-to-Cash
Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
CPG and/or spirits Industry experience
Experience in a sales/marketing lead role
SAP experience
Management consulting experience with a large professional services organization
Multi-lingual
