Accountabilities:
Lead the strategy and direction of the Training Services team
Manage key Customer Relationships through on-site visits and gain an understanding of their needs
Fulfill mission-critical objectives of the Training Services team through leadership, management and development
Develop new and enhance existing Adult Professional Learning programs within K-12 space
Coordinate the efforts of Training Services by partnering with other Dept leads
Directly manage staff of 2 and indirectly a team up to 100 by development, mentoring and goal setting
Develop new sources of bill-able business such as Consulting services
Lead high-profile projects related to stronger, pro-active customer engagement
Qualifications:
What you bring to our winning team:
Minimum of 8 years experience Strategically leading Training / Adult Professional Learning teams
Strong knowledge of current trends and customer needs in the K-12 education marketplace
Documented success in creating CBT, web-based and virtual training programs for external customers
Project Management Office (PMO) experience around high-profile projects based on stronger Customer engagement
Experience in managing customers with an outward facing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) mindset
History of providing a strong impact on the Strategic Goals of your organization
