Job Duties: The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the following teams:

• Manufacturing operations, including sophisticated electronics assembly and
plastic molding
• Planning production requirements and inventories with an MRP system
environment.
• Purchasing and supply chain management
• Order fulfillment and distribution
• Engineering teams: process, industrial, cost, test and quality.
• Facilities planning and management.
• Office of Project Management
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MS in Engineering or MBA preferred.
Experience:
• A minimum of 10+ years of directly-related experience plus Manufacturing of
Class II medical devices, in compliance with FDA QSR’s.
• Management in conformance with a labor-management agreement.
• Full life-cycle project management.
• New product commercialization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven teamwork and leadership skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Strategy development and implementation.
• Developing and managing operating and capital investment plans.
• Ability to make decisions, individually and in collaboration with others.
• Domestic and international travel as required.
