NCI is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle professional with Patient Access and/or Patient Financial Services expertise. The individual must have prior, hands-on responsibility for assessing, planning implementing and directing the transformation of key revenue cycle business processes. In addition to strong management skills, the candidate should possess a track record of successfully managing high performance, interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and achieving measurable performance outcomes.
Our Managing Consultants have overall responsibility for project management, client management, solution design and implementation and generation of engagement results. Working with client project leaders and effectively using change management strategies, guides the client through transformation efforts.

Position Requirements:
· Minimum of 7 years progressive revenue cycle experience in a provider or a large physician-practice setting. Experience should encompass all aspects of the revenue cycle.
· Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Excellent oral/written communications skills
· Qualitative/quantitative analytical skills
· Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
· Demonstrated ability to work independently
· Strong project management experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
· Revenue Cycle consulting experience
· Master’s degree, MHA or MBA
· Revenue Cycle Certification: Certified Healthcare Financial Professional, Certified Healthcare Access Manager, Registered Health Information Administrator
