POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Diamond’s Customer Impact services help companies design and implement superior experiences across all interactions, which lead to passionate, profitable customer relationships.
As a Customer Impact Market Leader you will be responsible for broadening awareness of our expertise through various intellectual capital efforts. These efforts could include speaking engagements, articles, research, and business development. In addition, you will bring your deep and specialized expertise to our client engagements through frameworks, tools and other support activities to help ensure high quality and impact.
Expectations of the Customer Impact Market Leader include:

Approaches problem solving with a right/left brain neutral bias, can be analytical while at the same time apply “softer” skills

Versed in the application of Voice of the Customer tools and analysis
*
Practical experienced in the basics of design (could be anything from architecture, graphic arts to service planning)
*
Demonstrated ability to lead a marketing discussion ranging from foundational theory to highly analytical practices
*
Understands the application of process, systems and environmental considerations when designing to customer needs
*
Applies the concepts of customer lifecycle theory
*
Appreciation for emerging technologies in the customer space to include predictive modeling and segmentation experience
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Professional Qualifications:
*
Minimum of 6-10 years of experience, preferably in a consulting, product design / development or marketing capacity
* Broad Industry Work experience, preferably with a focus in the Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services industries
Personal Qualifications:
* Intellectual curiosity
* Interest and capacity to speak publicly or write articles, research, etc.
* A strong belief that technology can be a critical enabler in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations
* An instinctively creative person
* Natural self starter, self motivated
* Ability to influence others across the organization through formal and informal channels
* Ability to instantly develop a strong rapport and build relationships with clients
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action, naturally inquisitive, desire to continuously improve current business practices / processes
* Superior work ethic: working hard and driving results to the logical end
* Unwavering personal integrity
* Ability to accommodate client travel up to 100%
EDUCATION:
* Bachelors Degree Required
* MBA desirable with a focus in design or a Masters in Design with a business minor
