We have a client in the Naperville, IL area that has a contract opening for a SAP Integration Project Manager which they would like the option of converting this consultant to permanent employee down the road.  There will be some initial travel to the east coast involved for the first couple of months, but none after that. 

Critical Skills and Knowledge:

• U.S. Citizenship is a MUST


• Minimum 8-15 years of ERP-based supply chain management experience


• Background as Senior Director, Senior Manager, Senior SAP Product Specialist


• Comprehensive consulting skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business


• Experience in large scale SAP implementations / deployments


• Manufacturing/Government experience


• Business Process improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma experience a PLUS


• APICS Certification or similar a PLUS


• MS Project, Visio, or ARIS experience


• SAP R/3 Certifications (4.6 or later) a PLUS


• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills


• Able to work with a diverse set of individuals


• Able to run affective meetings/workshops


• Exceptional listening, communication, and teamwork skills


• A proactive self-starter


• flexible to travel (will be light and only for the first couple of months)
