We are currently searching for a SAP BASIS Manager for the Burbank, California area. Local candidate only, no relocation for this role. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of management experience in SAP BASIS. Responsible for overall BASIS strategy and roadmap, upgrade planning, project management, budgeting and metrics. Must have 10+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 7-10+ years working hands-on with SAP BASIS across the SAP Products including R/3 (ECC), BI, EP, CRM, SRM, APO, SM, MDM, xRPM. SAP DB2 experience a plus. Will work directly with our SAP BASIS Off-Shore Team of 13 BASIS resources with a peer Manager. These Teams will work jointly to deliver against SLA's for Incidents and Projects assigned to the Team.
Will be accountable for the Teams' RCA/CA's; deliver OTACE (On Time and Above Customer Expectation) scores for this area; manage to Capgemini MVP's and hold the Teams members accountable; Single point of contact for Delivery issues and escalations. Identify new or additional business opportunities within the client organization and manage the pursuit.

* Prior SAP BASIS Leadership experience with demonstrated management of large size High-Availability complex SAP/MS and/or SAP/Oracle environments
* Deliver with minimal supervision
* Client-facing presence and knowledge of systems and SAP BASIS skills
* Excellent oral and written communications skills a must
* Experience across all SAP BASIS disciplines & activities, including daily operations, User/Security management, upgrade and patch Management, and ABAP and Java
* Accountable for compliance to the project SOW and deliver against the contractual SLA's
* Experience working with
* Ability to manage SAP BASIS Team, has 10 On-Shore Resources
