Summary

    * Responsible for maintaining and growing team of account managers
    * Responsible for the day-to-day management and customer satisfaction of assigned advertising contracts;
    * Responsible for the maintenance, optimization, development and growth of top-tier accounts under management;
    * Have a comprehensive understanding of the search landscape, bid management offerings, effective use of the available levers to manipulate performance, and benchmark metrics to deliver appropriate results vs. client strategies and objectives;
    * A firm understanding of what drives the market, maximizing distribution corridors, staying within the parameters of a client’s ROI goal;
    * Responsible for effectively managing client expectations;
    * Responsible for the regional revenue goal;
    * Assess priorities of respective team and adjust the balance of resources accordingly;
    * Develop, execute and maintain an ongoing plan to identify growth opportunity;
    * Responsible for communicating and maintaining the (1) team's understanding of ASL , (2) its applicability and benefit to the search market, and (3) the requirements for a campaign’s long-term success.
    * Work in tandem with other Acct. Managers and Sales Directors to strategize;
    * Follow and enforce all processes outlined by Client Services & Sales Management;
    * Be a facilitator for ASL by distinguishing our products/audience from the marketplace;

 
 
Responsibilities

    * Brainstorm optimization strategies for top tier accounts with the assigned Client Services team;
    * Involved in the pre-launch strategy as well as participating in the kick-off and initial status call;
    * Solicit, document and effectively communicate client feedback to management;
    * Meet with top tier clients face to face at least 1x/quarter;
    * Work in tandem with internal groups to maximize client ROI and communicate market demands;
    * Participate in client meetings and industry events to cultivate relationships;
    * Identify strategic accounts within the region;
    * Analyze new deal feasibility and risk factors;
    * Track managed accounts within the region and understand top line status of each account;
    * Need to meet 1-on-1 with each member of the group to discuss the current state of managed accounts;
    * Aggregate weekly reporting to management for managed accounts;
    * Hire, train and mentor professionals.  Provide team with the tools necessary for success.
    * The Regional Director maintains the flow and integrity of internal processes.

Required Experience

    * PPC Bid management and analysis
    * PPC platform experience 
    * Strong technical and financial analytical skills
    * Excel proficiency required
    * Account and people management experience
    * Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    * Online Marketing
    * Ad Sales

Professional Skills

    * College degree
    * 3+ years of Client Services experience.
    * 1+ years of bid mgmt experience and campaign development
    * 2+ years of people management experience
