Job Description

TransNational Bankcard, a rapidly growing Chicago based credit card processing company, is looking for a career minded individual in our growing operations department. Working out of our Rolling Meadows offices, our Customer Service Specialists respond to customer requests and questions regarding accounts, large and/or complex services, industry updates and products then analyze and resolve customer concerns using established procedures. They are also responsible for using our computer systems to access and/or update customer account information.

Here at TransNational we take care of our customer and are recognized in our industry for going above and beyond the call of duty for them. In fact, for the last three years running, we’ve been nominated by the Better Business Bureau for their “Torch Award for Market Place Ethics”. Skills/Requirements

• Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Experience
• Some College, preferably a BA or BS degree
• Excellent Phone Skills
• Solid Computer skills including Microsoft office
• Excellent written communication skills, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fun but fast paced environment
• Self motivated and enjoy working with people
• Desire for a career, not just a job
• Must be a professional, flexible team player
