Job Description:

This position is considered a developmental role leading to an AE or AM sales position; the individual should possess sales skills and an interest in a future sales position.

As Sales Customer Relations Associate, this individual provides overall administrative support to Sales teams. This person will implement activities necessary for the successful achievement of the specific department goals. He/She will establish and maintain a professional presence in the marketplace and exhibit a positive and pleasant attitude with CIMCOs customers and employees. This person will increase the effectiveness of the Sales Department by facilitating the sales administrative processes and maintaining existing customer accounts. Some specific job requirements will be managing a base of approximately 200 to 300 existing customer accounts while also providing assistance with processing Conferencing orders, setting appointments with first time billing accounts, and backing up the Sales Coordinators at the end of each physical month by assisting with quotes and orders. This position requires the development of knowledge in a wide and diverse area of the business including products, systems, and administrative practices and procedures. The individual will be able to work independently and manage a high volume, diverse workload with multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines.

Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete multiple tasks for the Sales departments which include but are not limited to the following:
*    Manage base of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention:
*    Voice and Data Services
*    Customer is 1 or 2 years in to their 3 year agreement
*    Customer bills less than $600/month
*    Approximately 200 to 300 accounts
*    Update appointments and notes
*    Renewals/Upsells/Leads
*    Review, revise and process Conferencing orders and occasionally basic orders.
*    Perform data entry;
*    Track multiple logs;
*    Communicate with internal/external customers;
*    Projects as assigned;
*    Creating and updating quotes for various products

Performance Requirements:
*    Establish relationship and build trust to help motivate existing customer base to provide leads to CIMCO to increase revenue.
*    Increase revenue by up selling the customer.
*    Exceed expectations of sales department when handling tasks as assigned.
*    Maintain timely and accurate reports.
*    Enhance information flow between the customer, the team, and other CIMCO departments by initiating on-going communication through the completion of the task.

Other:
*    The position has been designed to allow the possibility for career pathing into a sales position.
*    An employee must be in good standing and preferably be in their current position for a minimum of six months to apply to other positions at CIMCO.
*    Any Individual must go through CIMCOs standard interview and application process for any open position.
