We currently have a growth position in our Account Management group for an Advertising Account Manager. This position can be based in either our Washington, DC headquarters, or Chicago, IL office.
The Advertising Account Manager position is a great opportunity for phone sales professionals to expand their experience. The organized professional for this position will work in an assigned territory and will be responsible for selling print and online advertising while establishing relationships that lead to profitable returns. This position requires prospecting via rigorous cold calling, organizing joint advertising programs, and responding to customer needs.
Qualified candidates should possess two years of experience in telephone sales preferably in a business-to-business environment. A bachelor’s degree as well as outstanding organizational, interpersonal and verbal skills is required.
