Responsible for budget and accounting system controls and standards

Establishes, analyzes and interprets costing and budget data

Reviews subcontractor invoices and pay applications

Prepares reports and statistics detailing financial results

Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data

Minimum Qualifications:

Four year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Eight years in finance and accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

Experience in month-end closing process, general accounting and financial reporting and analysis

Thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), CAS, and GAAP

Knowledge of internal controls, revenue recognition methods and balance sheet analysis

Excellent communication skills

Proficient with MS Office programs
